1. Overview

Prompt Palette: AI Character Studio is a local-first tool that helps users compose and manage prompts for AI character images. The app does not store work data on the developer's servers and does not use advertising or analytics SDKs.

2. Information stored by the app

The app may store the following information in the current device's browser or WebView storage to provide its features:

• Projects, user presets, recent prompts, and settings
• Images, titles, descriptions, and prompt notes that the user adds to the album
• Language, onboarding status, and support email settings

3. Collection and transmission

The developer does not remotely collect or sell the work data above. The Android app loads its interface from Cloudflare Pages in a WebView, so Cloudflare may process basic connection information needed to serve and secure the page.

When a user directly exports JSON, shares or copies a prompt, sends email, or opens another app, the selected content may be transferred to the app or service chosen by the user.

4. Permissions and sensitive information

This version does not use account creation, payments, location, contacts, microphone, or camera-capture permissions. Images selected by the user for the album are stored in local app storage.

5. Retention and deletion

Users can delete local data with the reset and delete controls in the app. Uninstalling the app or clearing WebView, browser, or site data may also delete saved work.

6. Third parties and advertising

The developer does not provide work data to third parties for advertising or sale. This version contains no ad SDK, remote database, or separate analytics SDK.
